What you can generally expect..
If you're hurting from any sort of muscle pain that is a result of sports, computer work, or general strain, and don't mind some deeper work (if you ask for it, you'll get it), make an appointment with me. You'll know I've worked on you. My mantra for years, and that others can attest to.
I do a combination of all techniques, depending on your needs and what I am feeling at the time, what your body is needing.
Each session begins with a very short assessment to determine your needs so that I have an idea of how I can be the most effective during our time together. I also "check in" while in session
You might feel after our session:
* looser muscles-- less tightness
* more flexibility and range of motion
* "feeling taller"
* stress reduction & relaxation
* "unblocks" tension spots
* sore spots
Availability & Background
I am available most hours but would like about 2 hours advanced notice. It's a "therapist thing"
I have the tools of the trade, an Earthlite massage table, and use Biotone lotions (non-fragrant)
I was certified in 2001 through Body Electric Massage School.. Been practicing on and off for 9+ years.
Only Practice Therapeutic Massage.
