So, most of PA, most of NY, parts of MD, NJ, DE will fall into that category. If you
are in any other area, please use the Zone 3-8 rates. This also goes for any item over 1# that you would rather have
shipped Parcel Post. Also, UPS shipment is available, but there will be an additional $2 included for pickup of your item.

Choices....
You have three choices of shipment... Air Parcel Post, Global Priority, and Surface.
In certain countries, I cannot insure the item for the full price if I use Air Parcel Post, and in some cases, I cannot
insure the item at all (Canada /France). I can add some protection for the item if I Register it ($7.50), but the only way
I can offer full protection for your item is to send it Global Priority (ask), which costs far more than APP. If you can deal
with the fact that your item will not be insured, then take the Air Parcel Post option. I do not take responsibility for
any delays, damage to your goods should you choose this option. I take great care to pack your item really well.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS I love selling to y'all but please note, if you are an international buyer of my items, you will face delays, anywhere
from 2 weeks to 3 months as a result of your countries customs department. Please keep this in mind if you don't see your
item in a given amount of time. I also have no way of tracking the item once it leaves this country. Your best way of ensuring
your item gets to you in a timely manner, is to choose Global Priority or Express Mail, which, of course, are the two most expensive
options available to you. With that note, on to....
TARRIF's: Are your responsibility. Please be alert of your contries requirements before bidding, and your
countries restrictions regarding this specific item that I am selling.
1'Priority' could mean either the first class rate, if lower than
4.00, or the rate if you choose to have extra postage services that aren't available using first class
3 Media rates only applies to printed matter, or media type items, like slides, video tapes. It\'s just as slow as molasses.
4UPS/FedEx service includes an additional $2 pickup convenience fee, and is an option on items 2# or more
RETURNS These are sold, "As-Is", where-is, and there are no refunds. You bid on it, it's yours. :-)
